Office building Q22
The building is located at the site of the demolished Mercure Fryderyk Chopin Hotel. Construction of the building was made completed in only 23 months from the signing of the Contractor Agreement. Modern technologies were used with its execution, including self climbing formwork system, cables compressed in ceilings, high strength reinforcement SAS pillars of reinforced concrete and composite structures in the columns (steel structures and lamellar profile in connection with reinforced concrete). The project designed by the renowned studio of Warsaw Author’s Laboratory of Architecture Kuryłowicz & Associates received interesting and original interior finish, realized to a large extent by the company Modzelewski & Rodek. Modzelewski & Rodek also performed finishing work on surfaces arranged among for tenants Deloitte (floors 15-27), William Demant (floors 8-9), Boston (floor 7), BePoland (floor 28), Citi Handlowy (floor 31), Columbus (floor 39), OmniOffice (floor 2), Fitness Club (floor 14), totally more than 25 tys.m 2.
