MOJE MIEJSCE

Moje Miejsce phase A – a new piece of Warsaw, located in the Dolny Mokotów. The plot at 1 Dziekoskiego Street, at the corner of Beethovena Street and Dziekońskiego Street has turned into a multifunctional part of the city. The five-storey office building with a usable area of 18 thousand square meters was designed by JEMS Architekci studio. Apart from office space tailored to the needs of tenants, it also offers space for a restaurant and a modern fitness club. The distinguishing feature of this building are its common spaces: green patio and courtyard. Moje Miejsce phase B is a continuation of the office development of the complex of buildings in the area of Beethovena Street and Dziekońskiego Street. The building fits into the functioning office building of phase A and the housing development under construction. The tenants will have at their disposal another 15 sq.m. of space and richly planted greenery in the space around the building, which together with the already existing pleasant place for work and rest.
